Elizabeth De Armas
Elizabeth De Armas is a founding partner of De Armas, Millich & Rice, PL. Ms. De Armas has extensive practice and experience in the areas of real estate and probate law. After graduating from Florida State University School of Law, Ms. De Armas worked as a state prosecutor in Tallahassee and accumulated a wealth of trial experience. After her work as a prosecutor Ms. De Armas entered private practice with a focus on Real Estate and Probate law handling a diverse range of issues from transactional and contractual work, to complex civil litigation.
Elizabeth De Armas is licensed to practice in both Florida state courts and United States federal courts.
Shaun Rice
Shaun Rice is a founding member of De Armas, Millich & Rice, PL. Mr. Rice is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law. His areas of practice encompass a wide range of civil matters and litigation - Consumer Protection & Debt Defense, Contractual Disputes, Personal Injury, and Real Estate law. He is licensed to practice in Florida state courts and United States federal courts.
Mr. Rice has handled litigation in trial courts in various districts throughout Southern Florida – the 11th, 15th, 17th, 19th, and 20th Judicial Circuits. Shaun has also handled, and won, appeals in both the Third District Court of Appeal (Miami) and the Fourth District Court of Appeal (Broward).
